Zach Fuller

Zach Fuller is a partner at Hanson Fuller Lina and a trial lawyer focused exclusively on representing victims of medical malpractice. He advocates for patients and families in catastrophic injury and wrongful-death cases and is known for early case framing, rigorous expert workups, and trial-ready preparation that creates leverage from day one. Since co-founding his firm and moving to the plaintiff’s side, Zach has helped secure more than $74 million for clients in his first two years. His approach blends meticulous medical analysis with clear, jury-facing narratives and aggressive motion practice to narrow issues, exclude unreliable defenses, and position cases for verdict or premium settlement.

Before representing medical-malpractice plaintiffs, Zach spent seven years defending doctors and hospitals, gaining a deep understanding of the medicine and defense strategy he now uses to his clients’ advantage. He is frequently tapped for decisive motions, trial and appellate briefing, and record-preservation strategy—skills he uses to shape outcomes at trial and safeguard them on appeal. He has litigated hundreds of matters in Georgia’s state and federal courts, including cases before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. Zach earned his B.A. from Emory University and his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. Outside of practice, he’s an avid runner, reader, and writer, and lives in North Atlanta with his wife, son, and two dogs.
