Jared has spent the majority of his legal career representing individuals and families in wrongful death and catastrophic injury cases, medical negligence cases, and cases involving trucking accidents, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, toxic torts and environmental contamination. After spending the first six years of his legal career at large national law firms litigating complex commercial disputes, Jared decided to transition his practice to personal injury law in 2013. Jared’s career as a trial attorney has been highlighted by numerous 7-figure and 8-figure victories (both settlements and jury trial verdicts) for his clients in matters against corporations, hospitals and insurance companies.
Jared is recognized annually by his peers and by multiple publications as one of the top Atlanta personal injury lawyers. Jared is regularly asked to speak as a legal expert regarding topics such as trial strategy, personal injury cases and toxic tort claims. Jared takes great pride in communicating with his clients, becoming intimately familiar with the facts of each case, and devising a case-specific strategy to maximize recovery for each of his clients. Prior to his legal career, Jared worked as a television producer at ESPN in Bristol, Connecticut. Jared graduated from Duke University with degrees in Economics and Psychology, and later graduated in the top-5 in his class from the Georgia State University College of Law.
Jared lives in Atlanta with his wife and two daughters. Jared served as a Board member for Camp Sea Gull and Seafarer for many years, currently serves on the Board of his high school in Pinehurst, N.C., and remains active in the Duke University Alumni network in Atlanta.
