Trial Lawyers Built for the Hard Cases
Hanson Fuller Lina was founded on a simple belief: that people who have been seriously harmed deserve attorneys who will actually fight for them. We don’t settle because it’s convenient. We prepare every case as if it’s going to trial, because sometimes it does, and when it does, we’re ready.
A Firm Founded on Experience
Hanson Fuller Lina was established by David Hanson and Zach Fuller, two attorneys who spent years representing doctors, hospitals, and insurers in complex medical malpractice litigation. That experience provided a foundational understanding of how these cases are built, defended, and resolved, knowledge they now apply exclusively on behalf of plaintiffs and their families.
From the beginning, the firm was built around a commitment to taking on fewer cases and investing more deeply in each one. David and Zach believed that serious injury cases deserve serious attention, and that clients who have suffered life-altering harm deserve attorneys who will fight for them at every stage of the process, from the first consultation through trial if necessary.
In 2026, Jared Lina joined the firm, bringing additional experience in catastrophic personal injury litigation across motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, products liability, and more. With his addition, the firm became Hanson Fuller Lina, and expanded its ability to serve clients across a broader range of complex and high-stakes matters throughout Georgia.
Fewer Cases. More Focus.
We take on fewer matters than most firms our size so we can give each case the attention it deserves. That means you’ll work directly with your attorney, not a paralegal or a case manager you’ve never met. It means we know your case cold when we walk into a courtroom. And it means we’re never too busy to return your call.
Results That Speak for Themselves
We have recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for our clients across medical malpractice, wrongful death, motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and more. Our verdicts and settlements reflect not just what we’ve won, but how hard we’re willing to fight to get there.
Our Practice Areas
We represent clients in medical malpractice, catastrophic and severe personal injury, nursing home abuse and neglect, motor vehicle accidents, commercial truck collisions, premises liability, and products liability cases across Georgia.
